Hell freezes over - New Sims 2 Pack looks lame
I never throught this day would come, but it has. The new Sims 2 stuff pack that has recently been announced looks pretty lame. It sure shows that they’re focusing on the Sims 3!
The expansion pack is called the Sims 2 Mansion & Garden Stuff and that’s exactly what it is… Stuff to design mansions and gardens. Nothing useful or practical for your Sims. (well moreso than usual)
Here’s the info from the Sims 2 website:

It concludes with “More info coming soon”, although what more information would you need!
Rumour - Sims 2 Microtransactions in the works?
We’re not usually on the pulse of society when it comes to news, but I found this story interesting. Rumours have been floating around of EA possibly setting up a Sims 2 store where you can purchase official items for your Sims. Items that you will have to pay for. With all the free websites that have a bundle of excellent content like www.modthesims2.com a store like this seems kind of useless. We’ll have to wait and see more information about it.
